Trance and Progressive

This week, as you’ve come to expect, I’ll be featuring some of the latest trance & progressive tunes, so will be playing new material from Matt Darey, Wippenberg, Josh Gabriel, Solarstone, Ferry Corsten & Activa. However for this set, I have been spending lots of time digging through all my record collections, for the purpose of showcasing lots of tracks from one particular producer who I’m going to focus on. On Friday December 4th 2009 In-Connection welcomes globe hopping sensation RONSKI SPEED “all the way” from Germany to the Level One Club for an EXCLUSIVE 2 hour set in a very special and rare UK appearance in Blackpool.

Moving up 29 places to #69 in the DJ MAG Top 100 awards 2009 Ronski Speed is truly a global sensation.

Supporting Ronski will be Blackpool hero “Sam Alame” with his long awaited return after “smashing” the In-Connection all day event back in July. Expect music with energy to please the most authentic of adrenaline junkies, enough to make even Jenson Button proud.

As always supporting Ronski and Sam will be the In-Connection residents Rick Turner and Pete Bromage doings a special “back to back” set to kick things off, along with last but not least Andy P aka “Staat Van Mening” taking control after Ronski’s exclusive 2 hour set.

Hello! The new podcast, by Pete Bromage, you will find below.

For the first half, any of you lot having a stressful week will be pleased to here I have focused on the more chilled side of prog. In this hour you’ll hear new material from the likes of Martin Roth, Mat Zo and John Digweed; the Diggers one being my progressive tune of the moment. You’ll also find a recent remix from Fergie himself, and one of my all time classic progressive tunes from Blackwatch & Quivver.

For the second half, it all gets much quicker. Expect new music from Ben Gold, Above & Beyond, John O Callaghan, John Askew and Giuseppe Ottaviani, Giu’s tune being my current fave trance track. Its called “Changing Ways,” and anyone that remembers “No More Alone” from last year will love it. I finish the trancier side also on a classic from Giu, under his old Nu NRG alias, Van Dyk fans will know it well.
